:: MEMBERSHIP TERMS ::
~ No sharing of your username and password, in doing so your membership will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
~ No altering of the tubes or anything else in the members area in anyway (resizing, coloring, etc.)
~ If you see a tube that you would like in a different color, Contact me and I will be more than happy to do it for you
~ You cannot make outlines, tutorials, or tubes with anything that is in the members area
~ You must display your membership logo on your site within 7 days of joining and link it to http://sunflowerstreams.com . Please continue to keep it up if you continue to use my goodies once your membership expires.
~ You can makes sig tags, premades, avatars, backgrounds, websets, stationary with my tubes for personal use and/or for a fee.
~ You must add something to the tube and make something from it before offering it. It cannot be offered as is.
~ Please have the necessary scripts installed on your website (ex. no right click, no image toolbar)
~ Keep all stationary intact
~ If you make stationary or websets with the tubes, please give me credit with a link to my site for the tubes on the stationary and/or webset.
~ A link is required back to Sunflowerstreams on all pages where there tubes are being used.
~ You must link back to my site when using the following: smilies, calendars, plugboard toppers, stickers, tags, & premades.
~ No sharing of anything in the members area in any list, group, or message board, emails, etc.
~ No direct linking of any kind
~ I obtain the right to decline any member wishing to join
~ If the following terms are not met , I will revoke your membership and no refund will be given.
~ Terms are subject to change at any time. You will be notified through the mailing list.
~ You will be required to join the update list inside the members area. This will consist mailings of important information regarding your membership, site updates, etc.
~ If you refer someone and they join my membership, you will get some added time on yours.
~ You may request 2 sigtags a week at no extra charge.
~ All sigtags must be linked back to me.
~No refunds will be given.
